We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. Please provide a complete delivery address and an active contact number so your order can reach you smoothly.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days of confirmation.
Public holidays, sale periods and courier disruptions may affect this timeline. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll help you check its status.
Shipping Charges
- PKR 300 on orders below PKR 5,000.
- Free shipping on orders of PKR 5,000 or above.
Payment Options
Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to PKR 10,000.
Orders above PKR 10,000 require full advance payment before dispatch. Our team will share payment instructions when confirming your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you the tracking details.
Order Cancellation
You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.
