How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days of confirmation. Public holidays, sale periods or courier disruptions may cause delays.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is PKR 300 on orders below PKR 5,000. Orders of PKR 5,000 or above qualify for free shipping.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, for orders up to PKR 10,000. Orders above this amount require full advance payment before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
We’ll send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. If we confirm an error or manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange an exchange and cover the courier costs.
Who pays for exchange shipping?
We cover courier costs for an incorrect item, an incorrectly supplied size or a verified manufacturing defect. For a customer-requested size exchange, the customer covers both the return and replacement delivery charges. We’ll confirm the total courier cost before proceeding.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds when an incorrect or defective item cannot be replaced, or when a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided it has not been dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
